If you’re in search of a cool Japanese vintage guitar to fill that certain lacunae in your collection, we understand. If you’re in that circumstance and don’t have the money to buy a May Queen or Spectrum 5, we can help. Ladies and gentlemen, we present this Teisco Del Rey ET-200 that provides a lot of tone in a compact and affordable package. The details: a 4/2 headstock, two appealingly trashy single coil pickups with rocker switches (labeled “Mic 1” and “Mic 2”—you have to love the creative translations on these early Japanese import guitars), maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, plus (at no extra charge!) a cool red finish. Includes original vibrato arm (not pictured), chrome bridge cover and original chipboard case that is structurally sound but a bit wizened. Sold!
