As a wise man once noted, these Japanese-made Takamine “lawsuit” guitars offer three-fourths the tone of the Nazareth, PA. guitars they emulate—at one-fourth the price. We concur. This Japanese Tak is a perfect camping or festival guitar. It’s loud, has impressive note definition across the tonal spectrum (the balance between mids and highs is particularly nifty) and try as we might, we couldn’t find a dead spot anywhere on the neck. Whether you’re boisterously strumming away the blues or cross-picking fleet-fingered fiddle tunes, this guitar measures up. Low action, with a bit of extra saddle remaining for future action adjustments. Spruce top, East Indian rosewood back and sides, trademark infringement logo. With a vintage and reasonably heavy Guild-branded chipboard case, complete with a faded vintage sticker (easily removed). SOLD! Thanks, MattTakamine F-360
