Sometimes, you just gotta play to your strengths! This cool little ladder-braced guitar will never compete with a Martin or Gibson as a source of wide-ranging tonal ecstasy, but it is surprisingly playable, with a substantial neck that lends itself to open-position chords. It’s also quite well-balanced, so fingerpicking your favorite Piedmont blues or cowboy's lament is a snap. Put another way, what it does, it does very well. A cool, stark-sounding guitar with a vintage-style voice that might just inspire you to compose your own Dust Bowl-style ballads, barroom blues, or rangeland romances. Includes original chipboard case that has been “customized” with a coat of Day-Glo orange paint on the sides. Missing the headstock badge, but otherwise complete and original. SOLD
